Huber Equipment is looking for another great valued member of our team. The Logistics Coordinator is a position that will offer you a daily rewarding experience. You will be part of a close team that puts customer experience at the top of our list. We are a family-owned company that have been in the industry for 50 years. We have a longstanding great reputation in our community along with an extensively loyal customer base.
Duties
• Place parts orders, these consist of daily and stock.
• Follow up on orders for delays and ETA's.
• Communicate order status with Service and Parts departments.
• Confirm items arriving on trucks are correct and undamaged.
• Enter whole goods into the HBS business system.
• Daily Shipping and Receiving duties.
• Safety meeting coordination and Worksafe documentation.
• Organize quarterly parts returns with suppliers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight and equipment.
• Get quotations for shipping and equipment deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Time and stress management.
• Knowledge of transportation requirements.
• Ability to work independently and be flexible regarding work assignments.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office and Company Business Systems).
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in the Heavy Equipment Industry preferred.
