Description

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the key link between our customers and technicians. You will be responsible for booking service appointments, preparing estimates, recommending maintenance and repair services, and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process.

Duties

  • Greet customers and assess service needs
  • Create work orders and schedule repairs
  • Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians
  • Provide estimates and follow up on approvals
  • Submit warranties to manufacturers
  • Ensure high-quality service and timely updates
  • Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive
  • Experience in a service or technical environment is an asset
  • Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to use basic computer programs like Excel and Word
